Do You Have What It Takes To Do You?

There is something each and every one of us knows about ourselves that know one else does.

There is a path we know we must take, a path that would definitely sound or look stupid to others if we were to tell them about it.

It is often a lonely path. A not so popular direction.

It is a path when taken, would attract challenges, and this we know on the inside, and that is why it so scary for us to give ourselves totally to it.

It usually would require something masterful on our path.

So, do you have what it takes to do you? would you take that path?

This is what "the you in you" know to do, but will you go for it? Have you gotten what it takes to go for it?

You see, this is not an easy thing to do, because, it will test you on every front. It will test you abilities, your resolve and resoluteness, it will test the very core and fragments of your beliefs and values.

You would think it is easy for that person who took his own path and became that which he knew he could become; only to realize after taking just a few steps towards or into your own path how scary it can be or would be.

We would need to have a certain quality to plunge into the unknown without looking back. It is the quality, COURAGE.

Courage is mastery over fear. It is not the absence of fear, but the mastery over it - using fear as a tool, making it become your slave.

And how do you gain the mastery over fear?

It is by taking the first step towards your own path. Each time you take a step further towards that thing you fear, towards your path, you master that particular fear a little more. Why? Because it will become less scary each time.

Keeping at it consistently will ensure total victory on your path, and it will also require endurance.

So go ahead and start walking toward that path that is set before you and know you should take.

It will be challenging, but it will also be full of rewards and fulfillment that nothing else would bring.

I know mine and I am trying each day to walk in it. Identify yours and begin to walk in them.
